Payment Checklist - If you’re using a waiver, send it to the Continuing & Professional Education Records and Registration Office before or with your registration request. Waivers are not retroactive.
- Check that your financial aid has been packaged on SPIRE.
- If you’re using a debit/credit card, contact your bank and make sure the maximum per day covers the cost of your class.
- Payment by educational loans should be processed through the Financial Aid Office.
- Payment by personal loan should be accompanied by a promissory note indicating that the loan will be paid to Continuing & Professional Education at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
- Registration with payment by a company should be accompanied by a purchase order or authorization to bill, including all billing information and the amount they intend to cover.
Post-Registration Checklist - Verify your enrollment on SPIRE (after allowing time for processing). If any information is incorrect, contact Continuing & Professional Education Records and Registration Office.
