- Choose a form of payment: Billing (via Bursar's Office), MasterCard, Visa, Discover, check, or money order (make checks and money orders payable to UMass Continuing & Professional Education), 3rd party billing. Billing via Bursar's office is only available for credit classes.
- Mail your completed registration to:

2) Use online registration to create form: - Go to Classes page.
- Select your classes.
- Use the Create Request for Printing Option
