The Graduate Service Fee is charged to all entering matriculated graduate students in both on- and off-campus and online degree programs. Matriculated university graduate students registering for classes through Continuing & Professional Education will receive a bill for the fee after the add/drop period. The fee does not apply to non-degree graduate students.

This nonrefundable fee combines the Graduate Transcript, Library Binding, and Commencement fees into one fee. It is charged only once, regardless of the number of official transcripts requested, degrees earned, or manuscripts bound.
